DogeOS Launches DeFi Testnet on Dogecoin

DogeOS has launched a public testnet for its ZK-rollup based on Dogecoin. The EVM-compatible Layer 2 network introduces a smart contract and DeFi application layer to the DOGE ecosystem on top of the main blockchain.
